WGS / WES Bespoke Analysis

Please review the intake process below before completing the intake form at the end.

How our intake process works:

  1. Submit the intake form (at the end of the page) with your contact details and basic information.
  2. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email once your submission is received.
  3. Our team manually reviews each submission to ensure we can provide meaningful analysis.
  4. If selected, you’ll receive an email with next steps, including:
    • A secure link to upload your raw genetic data
    • A detailed questionnaire to support personalised analysis
    • Payment instructions to begin your analysis

What you receive

  • Your completed report delivered securely via email
  • A 30-minute results discussion via video call using Google Meet or another online meeting platform (included in your service package). Attendance is optional and you may choose whether or not to use this session. See report discussion terms in our T&Cs.
  • Where a video call is not suitable, we may offer an alternative format such as a written Q&A, where you can submit questions for review.

Supported data types

We accept WGS or WES genomic data from the following providers:

  • Nebula Genomics
  • Dante Labs
  • Veritas Genetics
  • Sequencing.com
  • TellmeGen
  • Any other Whole Genome (WGS) or Whole Exome (WES) Sequencing testing providers

Download information: Raw genetic data is typically available by logging into your testing provider account and selecting the "Download Raw Data" option in your account settings. The file is usually provided as a .vcf.gz file containing SNP genotype data.

Important format note: We accept whole genome and whole exome sequencing data only in VCF.GZ format. BAM, CRAM, and FASTQ files are not supported for standard processing. If you require full reprocessing of raw sequencing data in these formats, please contact us in advance to discuss availability and requirements.

⚠️ Important note: We provide detailed, manual interpretation of microarray genetic data with personalised reports. Each submission is carefully reviewed. During periods of high demand, capacity may be limited and invitations are issued based on submission order and availability. Thank you for your understanding.
